Allure Hotel & Apartments

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The full-size kitchen is a big plus, making it easy to cook family meals, and there’s plenty of living space for everyone to relax. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully set up — it really feels like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back again. We’re especially grateful to the amazing staff for their kindness and excellent communication. Our son accidentally left his wallet in the room, and the team went above and beyond to help us. They had it express posted to us the same day. We were so impressed with their honesty and care — such lovely people to deal with. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Clean bright welcoming. Very easy check in and out. Room was bright and clean very comfortable beds lovely ensuite and tea coffee facilities which were very welcome after our journey. Beautiful coffee shop on the premises lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Big bonus was its literally a few minutes stroll to the best fish and chips shop in Townsville

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which included a laundry. On day 1 we noticed a water leak coming from the laundry so called reception. Maintenance arrived within 1 hour, identified there was an issue with the washing machine and said they had to replace. New washing machine arrived within next 3 hours and was installed! I am so appreciative. Apartment was great value, had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. Lovely balcony with outdoor eating area, as well as inside dining table, so lots of options!

Room bed and everything was extremelyt comfortable

The location was excellent, the layout and furnishing of the unit was good, however the unit is very tired, (aircon held together with duck tape although still worked). The carpet was worn and other minor issues, so needs a facelift and maintenance. In saying that though I would definitely stay there again. The reception staff were good and tried to be helful when there was a issue that needed to be addressed straight away. The fact there was a coffeshop in the foyer was a bonus as the next closest would have been a 10-15min walk. Very close to many restaurants and the city centre.
